Eating well and keeping active CD (WA)

The eating well and keeping active CD is designed to help people in WA understand how to eat well and stay active while managing your cancer treatment. Coping with a cancer diagnosis can be very distressing. With all of the emotions and physical effects of cancer treatment, healthy eating and exercise can be overlooked. This CD provides information about side effects of cancer treatment, nutrition and exercise.
